Welcome, friends of Fontana!
As residents, business owners and/or general supporters of the City of Fontana , we know you join us in our wish to better the lives of all who live, work and play in our community.

The Fontana Community Foundation serves as the philanthropic arm of the City of Fontana, providing financial support for public services that enhance the quality of life and preserve and promote the health, welfare and education of those in Fontana and surrounding communities.

We encourage you to become involved with the Fontana Community Foundation by volunteering, leaving a permanent legacy, or participating in one of our numerous philanthropic activities.

Among the projects for which the Fontana Community Foundation is actively seeking support are  the Lewis Library and Technology Center and the Fontana Community Senior Center.

The regional Lewis Library and Technology Center opened its doors in the spring of 2009, forever changing our community. Thousands of our family members, friends, co-workers and neighbors have already been inspired, educated or entertained by the Library’s nearly limitless materials and programs. And thousands more will walk through the doors tomorrow and in the years to come.

Anticipated to open in the spring of 2010, a new Fontana Community Senior Center is currently under construction at 16710 Ceres Avenue (view construction progress). This 43,000 square-foot facility will serve as a home-away-from-home for seniors, offering a much needed haven for socializing, learning, and receiving essential services.

We invite you to explore these pages and learn how you can contribute to the Lewis Library and Senior Center projects, view upcoming events, and familiarize yourself with the exciting ways that the Fontana Community Foundation is impacting your community.
